Hello everyone

THE Winter Olympics has made us think of all the cold weather-related ailments that our customers complain about… common ones include chilblains, joint pain (arthritis) and Raynaud’s Disease.

Cold winter weather also means we stay indoors more than usual. This lack of sunlight can trigger seasonal affective disorder (SAD) which impacts the immune system making some people more susceptible to viral infections such as flu.

We know from our own customers, and from Helen’s clients, these conditions and many of their symptoms can be eased by using our natural award-winning remedies. See some examples below:

Bexters Crystals

Add to a warm bath to relieve aching limbs. A relaxing bath also aids more restful sleep, essential to a strong immune system. Soak painful hands and feet in a bowl of warm water with Bexters to reduce swelling and improve mobility. Use with applicator wrap to reduce swelling after knee or ankle injury.

Bowtech Ease Oil

Bowtech Ease Oil… apply twice daily to relieve itchy chilblains, painful bunions and swollen arthritic joints. Apply beneath nostrils to ease blocked nose – great for children coming down with the sniffles – and follow Helen’s guide for use if suffering with sinusitis.

Full information on all our products and their key features and benefits, can be found on our website.

Instructions are supplied with order and all are safe and easy to use at home.

Until next time… keep warm!

Helen's Top Tip

Add a generous handful of Bexters Soda Crystals to a bowl of warm water – or foot spa – and soak to help relieve the symptoms of Raynaud’s Disease, a condition triggered by cold or stress mainly affecting fingers and toes. Good advice also for anyone suffering from arthritic conditions, widening blood vessels and improving circulation.

Bexters price drop

FOOTBALL and rugby are in full swing with Bexters crystals considered a ‘must have’ for the players’ kit bag, to relieve aching muscles and treat swollen knees and sprained ankles. Therapists and physios are reviewing stocks in readiness to assist their clients.

We are playing our part this season by reducing retail prices for both 800g and 200g sachets, with an appropriate adjustment for our award-winning combination offers (Bexters plus applicator wrap).
