King anointed with essential oils |

The ancient ritual of King Charles’ III coronation was absolutely fascinating especially for us in the use of essential oils in the symbolic anointing of both Charles and Queen Camilla. The base carrier oil comes from the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem, burial place of the king’s grandmother, mixed with sesame, rose, jasmine, cinnamon, neroli, benzoin, amber and orange blossom. |

Some of the runners in the London Marathon took part in the annual Stamford Striders 30k Valentine’s Run during February. Helen was there as part of a team of complementary therapists offering mini treatments to help them recover after this gruelling event which many top runners use as part of their training. The treatments were free in return for a donation to the local Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice where Helen is a volunteer. They were also offered a sachet of Bexters crystals to continue their recovery at home with a soak in the bath. |
