I’ve had a busy December with orders and clients. Gone are the days when we therapists could have a break in between Christmas and the New Year or the first week off in January, ho, ho, ho! So to get a rest I have booked three days at Ragdale Hall in Leicestershire in mid-January. There I will have self indulgence, just as I have been pampering all my clients.

It is really easy to convince myself to go to a health spa and of course it is all research for work. I may be able to pick up some tips for my own practice, only if I don’t get too sleepy and forget to write it all down.

My clients, of course, are the lucky ones – I shall return refreshed and invigorated to work even more effectively with them and help solve all their concerns. Roll on 2012.
