As exhausted runners returned to base, Helen and her fellow complementary therapists were ready and waiting to ease tight hamstrings and sore calf muscles. Wind and rain made things extra difficult for participants who made a beeline for the massage area for some relief before heading home for a well-deserved bath with Bexters crystals.

On offer was Bowen Technique, Balanced by Bowen - Lucy Mclennan Helen Perkins, soft tissue therapy Body Mechanics Soft Tissue Therapy and massage Marholmatherapy. In return runners made a donation to the Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice in Peterborough.
