This time I can share my own experience to illustrate the benefits of Bexters Soda Crystals in reducing swelling.

Not paying proper attention when walking mum’s dogs, I stumbled over a kerb and twisted my ankle rather badly. By the end of the same day both ankle and foot had noticeably swelled up and it was painful to walk.

Embracing this unexpected opportunity to follow the advice I give to others, I wrapped my ankle overnight with Bexters Soda Crystals, confident of seeing an improvement in the morning. Sure enough, the swelling had gone down, and the applicator wrap was damp with tell-tale residue where the crystals had hardened as the fluid soaked through the fabric.

Although the ankle was still a little tender, I could walk quite easily. By coincidence I was running a Module 6 Bowtech class that weekend and was able to demonstrate the used wrap while inviting my students to perform the ankle procedure to improve function.
