Great Eastern Run... are you prepared?
We've been supporting local runner Helen Spivak since July when she rolled her ankle during training causing a soft tissue injury resulting in painful swelling.

Through a combination of #bowentechnique to loosen hamstrings and aid calves and Achilles tendons plus regular use of award-winning Bexters crystals to prevent swelling and fluid build-up in ankles and feet, Helen is facing the Run in good shape.

She is running on behalf of PSPA, a charity close to her heart after her mum died from the rare neurological disorder progressive supranuclear palsy.

As the date gets closer (October 12th) she is well stocked with two of our purpose-designed applicator wraps to use with Bexters on each ankle after training, to prevent fluid build-up and relieve any swelling. We also advised her to bathe in Bexters to replenish lost minerals and ease aching muscles... especially important after the Run to aid recovery, as well as post-training.
