We are sending best wishes to everyone taking part in the annual Stamford Striders Valentine's 30k this weekend (Sunday February 15th).

This event is considered a tough course with runners using it as valuable training ahead of the Spring marathon season.

Helen has previously volunteered to provide post-race Bowen therapy treatment to ease aching muscles, strained hamstrings and swollen ankles. And for many of these runners, a bath in Bexters crystals is the best way to accelerate recovery after performance or intensive training. Don't take our word for it...

As Paul told us: "Being a triathlete in training always results in a few niggles. Bexters are fantastic in a soak to aid recovery, or directly on a specific painful or swollen area using the applicator wrap."
