Perfection means different things to different people. For me, it’s being in the moment (mindfulness) within colour and landscape. Some may say that it’s an escape and I believe that may be true… a well-deserved holiday or just time out of the usual routine. Whatever, enjoy the senses and believe in it.
Indulging in this scene before me of turquoise blue calm sea, with the sound of waves breaking on the shore are the occasional fly-past parrots squawking to remind me where I am, ‘Down Under’ rather than the northern hemisphere. All the many hues of green, verdant and lush with the occasional red leaf or flower calling in the season approaching, Spring.
The lighter blue sky and dark-green mountains with rainforest enclose this place, where the International Bowen Conference will soon be underway, and yes I did bathe in Bexters Soda Crystals after the long flight from the UK. So rest and relaxation now, in preparation for what’s to come, a meeting of minds and sharing Bowen Technique real life stories…sounds perfect to me.
